Your trip will begin when you arrive at Kochi International Airport from where we will whisk you
away to the rolling hills and tea estates of Munnar. Prepare to be enthralled by the serenity of the
hill station with its winding lanes and quaint towns. Here you will visit the Eravikulam National Park,
home to the Nilgiri Tahr. A visit to the Tea Museum, where you can learn about the history of the tea
plantations along with a guided tour of the estate, and perhaps buy tea at discounted prices cannot
be missed while here. The next stop is Thekkady, where you will stay at an offbeat property right
inside a cardamom estate, where you can spend the day enjoying the peace and quiet.

Kerala Houseboat

From here you will head to the beach resort at Mararikulam. A leisurely day filled with beach
activities, or just relaxing on the beach, enjoying the hotel amenities awaits you here after a four-
hour drive.

Kerala famous for Houseboat

Once you have had your fill of the beach, you are taken to enjoy a completely different type of water
body – the famous backwaters of Kerala, in Alleppey. You will spend you day on a converted cargo
boat called the Ricebarge, lazily bobbing along the backwaters, watching as the locals go about their
life, enjoying all meals on board, including freshly caught sea food, and docking for the night.

the area is a must. You can also shop for the best quality of spices it is famous for since centuries
here. The Dutch Palace, Santa Cruz Basilica, St. Francis Church the art galleries and eateries in Fort
Kochi all enhance your experience. We have also included a show of Kerala’s ancient martial art form
– the Kalaripayattu.
