Located high up in the misty mountains of Coorg, the Modur Estate has been in our family for over 150 years. Ours is a working estate: we grow paddy, cardamom, coffee and pepper.

You will also find lime, orange, papaya, avocado, banana and bitter orange trees throughout the property. We’re always delighted to show off our plantation and point out the local flora, but there’s more than cash crops and fruit.

Situated on Om beach, there is little, apart from the rhythm of the rolling waves and the meditative hum of birdsong, to disturb your inner explorations.
