Samtengang Trek

Bhutan has some of the world’s best trekking opportunities for climbers and seekers. This little haven truly is paradise for both adventure enthusiasts and photographers alike.
The Samtengang Trek is an exception since it takes you through villages where you will have the opportunity to not just photograph Nature but also the people of the village, and their way of life. Travel through and find out how this land is one of the happiest nations in the world, as we give you this chance to merge both wild and human interactions.
The trip will also proffer you the opportunity to visit Punakha Dzong and the legendary temple of the Divine Madman – Chimi Lhakhang, considered a standing tribute to Drukpa Kunleg, the "Madman of the Dragon lineage".
