International Yoga Day in Bhutan

18-23 June 2019

We all understand the benefits of Yoga. Some of you are yoga practitioners and enthusiasts. Ease India Travel salutes you for your efforts and commitment towards good health and fitness.

In the same spirit, we are organising a Yoga Retreat in Bhutan in June 2019. It is a fixed date departure (18 – 23 June). During the trip we will not only do Yoga in some of the most pristine locations in Bhutan, we will also explore Bhutan together with others who are as keenly interested as us to find out what makes it the happiest place in the world!

We will eat organic and locally produced vegetables and fruits, and have meditation and yoga sessions in the cleanest air one can find.

Our Yoga Guru

Pema is a yoga teacher in Bhutan who took our guests through various forms of yoga and meditation previously. She has an extremely calm demeanour and is trained in Hatha, Iyengar and Danda yoga. She is versatile and very enthusiastic as well. One of the finest teachers practising in Bhutan, we are lucky to be associated with her.

The Group

We believe in mixed groups and men & women from all walks of life are welcome to join.

In addition to an English speaking guide, the group is led by Trip Leader, Ritu. She is the founder of our company and an avid traveller. She will offer you diverse and deep perspectives on Bhutan, a country she has been visiting since 2012. She also keeps the group together as a cohesive unit while looking after individual needs (even whims, sometimes).
